Delete your Roomeyra account

You can remove your account and your data at any time.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account (your profile).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photo and bio, your sign-in details, and your saved items.
• Your posts, their photos, and your alerts and notifications.
• Your shared area and the messages you sent.

Reports and the safety record about an account may be kept longer where needed to keep people safe or to follow the law.

Can't sign in?

Email support@roomeyra.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
